2. Is my order subject to tax?
All orders shipped to Canadian locations are subject to 5% GST. An extra 8% PST to orders shipped to the province of Ontario.
USA and International shipments are tax exempt.
Some of our medical products are not subjected to GST but some are subjected to GST but not PST.
When you complete your order, our e-store will calculate the required tax based on your location and the products you purchase.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Use XE Universal Currency Converter to convert from and to Canadian dollars at the latest exchange rate.
3. How do I know my order has been received?
As soon as you make your order, you will receive an email from us. You will also receive an email when your order has been approved and passed on to our shipping department. If at any point in time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please email us at order@agecomfort.com. Please have your order number (sent to you by email) when emailing to help us serve you more quickly. Didn't receive an email confirmation of you order? This is probably because your email address is putting mail from us in the "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder. It is also possible that the email address you provided is invalid or mistyped. Feel free to email us to confirm your order or check on its status.
4. When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order as soon as you place an order.
5. How do I view my status of order?
As the status of your order changes, you will receive status emails at the email address you provided when you made your purchase. These emails will indicate when we receive your order, and when we ship your order from our shipping centre. You can also view the status of past and current orders by clicking on the "Order Status" text at the top left hand corner of every page. After doing so, click on the "My Account" button that appears on the top right hand corner of the page and you will be able to view all your current and past orders and the status of processing and shipping according to our order department. As always, we encourage you to email us if you have questions about your order. Please have your order number (provided to you by email upon a successful order) on-hand to help us find your records quickly.
6. How do I use my Coupon Code?
Save the Coupon Code you receive. Purchase the products you would like by adding them to the cart--your discount will not yet be subtracted from the price. As soon as you get to “Please Review Your Order Before Continuing” of the checkout process you will see "Redeem a Coupon" box underneath the total cost. Enter the code in the box provided and click “Apply”. The amount will be discounted from your order!
