Free Expedited Shipping on orders over CAD100 in Canada, CAD150 in USA.     

Some items are eligible for Free Shipping. Please look for this symbol in the product detail page.

We offer flat rates for all shipments. All our orders are shipped with plain looking packages.

- Same Day Shipping on orders received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

- Orders received after 1:00pm EST during Monday to Thursday will be processed in the next business day.

- Orders received after 1:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping rate in Canada and USA

If you require Express Next Day Shipping, please email info@agecomfort.com. We will arrange the courier, such as Fedex or UPS, to meet your requirements.

Other Notes

1. Please note that the shipping times indicated above are based on the date the package leaves our warehouse, not from when the order is placed. Orders typically take one business day to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. (This does not include weekends or holidays.)

2. We do not ship to P.O. Box. If the parcel is returned due to the incorrect mailing address you provide to us, we will charge for freight. 

3. Orders shipped by Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a card will be left informing you that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Canada Post Office.

5. Business days means the days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

6. CAD stands for Canadian Dollars. We use XE Universal Currency Converter to convert from and to Canadian dollars at the latest exchange rate. Please click here to convert CAD to USD.

7. Shipments that require extra shipping charges imposed by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight, shipments arriving to extremely rural areas or bulk orders that cannot be combined.
