These elbow pads are made from natural sheepskin, it is held snugly on you elbow with hook and loop straps.  Use on right or left side.  Fully washable.

Natural Sheepskin is known to be helpful in the prevention of bed sores.
Plush and durable it is anti-microbial and fully washable.
