Directions for use: Pour 240 ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the teabag to release the remaining extract.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: Organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 1,180 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic blackberry leaf (Rubus fruticosus), organic stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana), organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora).
